When did Toyota begin flash/ reprogramming
I have a 2000 Toyota sienna that I'm installing a reman transmission in. The reman company wants the pcm updated to the latest calibration. I have never gotten into reprogramming, but from my research it looks like Toyota did not begin making PCM's updateable until [...]. Can anybody confirm or deny this. Thanks.
