Just in case I wasn't clear, when installing a NEW TIPM, there is no programming. The TIPM grabs the info it needs from other modules. When installing a used TIPM, all bets are off. At the very least you'll get a VIN mismatch. You might get lucky and get a tur... Login to read more.
