Re: GM 6.2 DOD push rod failure
The pushrods run at an angle on these so they naturally have a lateral load to them. They also rub on the head. Very common for lifter problems to cause this. There is a company that makes a thinner (so it doesnt rub) pushrod that is Chrome Moly. I have not se... Login to read more. ![]()
