I never did find the product called "Tap Out" but I did locate a tap extractor. I just bought the size I needed to try it and it worked great. Walton Part No. 10314 cost me about 8 clams. Worth every penny. I think I'll buy a set. Thanks for all the responses.... Login to read more.
