Have you inspected the female harness terminals (from module to pump) for tight drag on the males ? A volt drop doesn't have to be on the ground side! Also, we have seen a few issues with VDO pumps. Fixed with OE dealer supplied part. Don't know about Hella bu... Login to read more.
