I don't think it's just our problem. Some owners top off fluids. Ford made it too easy to screw up the brake fluid. Mopar made it too easy to mix up OAT w/ HOAT-I've resorted to using a label maker to ID these coolants. I suspect if it comes to a injury/death ... Login to read more.
