Just did 2 3.6l Wrangler thermostats this past week. First on took about an hour to get it to open. Had to keep letting engine heat up, shut off and cool a little, heat up again, shut off...... 2nd one took about 10 minutes, no issues. Same part number t/stat.... Login to read more.
