Well, the plug seat is fixed. I had Snap-on air ship this thread chaser/seat cutter to me. It is for a tapered seat plug but the cutter is flat. what I saw happen was I put grease on the cutter,and ran the therad chaser down and the seat cutter effectively cut... Login to read more.
