Thanks to all the Replies, I went in and did the Primary Chain as per the TSB. The Old Tensioner was out about 8 Clicks

I Then went ahead and replaced the Primary Chain and Tensioner along with guides [Old Primary Chain] [Primary Timing Chain Old]
