Could it be like an exhaust noise? Them car's had trouble with the seal and the manifold. Cracking manifolds to. Breaking the rocker privets. Common. If this is a 1991, it did not have cam trouble. They didn't make a 4.1 in 91. That would have a roller... Login to read more.
