Turns out you are correct. In this year apparently Ford offered an after-the-fact kit to install keyless entry. No wires for keypad in the door, and unit is held on w/ adhesive foam tape. Replacement part is KB3Z-14A626-A. Thanks to all for the help! Login to read more.
