this is an example of a perfect power transistor for nissan as designed by hitachi. keep looking. I call it a "ramp" or "shed" sahped signal. It starts at about 2.5 v. and goes up to about 3.5 v. The on/off triggers are typically 90 degrees verticle and sharp.... Login to read more.
