Not sure on a '99 vintage, but my 1994 has a plastic cover top center of the firewall. Once the wing nuts are removed pull the cover and there's a stud for adding accesory wiring. My trailer 12V+ feed wire runs from there. I haven't checked of the feed comes f... Login to read more.
