The 2.4 psi coincides with the in bay deceleration cylinder pressure I noted previously. If the piston was BDC intake and the cylinder pressure was 2.4 p.s.i. and was compressed 10:1 that would be 24 p.s.i. cylinder pressure at TDC compression.
