By scavenging, I meant the idea of exhaust coming back into the cylinder in a normal engine is very unlikely. In fact, much the opposite as scavenging during overlap increases the movement of exhaust out of the cylinder. So it was to refute the idea of back fl... Login to read more. ![]()
