This happens to me on my personal truck. 2014 Ram 5.7L 1500 Express. I've owned since 17k miles and is completely stock. I still have a brand-new key I cannot use. I've tried with J2534 & witec software, Macto Maximus 4.0, and Snap-on Veus. All same result. Login to read more.
