This sounds exactly like the 2006 5.4 i just had in. (I know different year.) The fuel rail pressure sensor shared a 5 volt reference wire with the power steering switch. The power steering switch was pulling it down to 2.5 volts. The fuel rail pressure sensor... Login to read more.
