That picture is not as bad as some that suffered no obvious damage.

The safest thing to do is change oil with a Top Tier oil that meets OEM requirements (Pennzoil Ultra Platinum 0W-20 or similar) and change it ever 3,000 miles/3 months for a full year. Then ... Login to read more.
