I seem to remember having trouble with one of these Titans not running the O2 monitor. I believe the issue is the temperature of the rear sensors is too low. I ended up holding the RPM at 2500 for 3 or 4 minutes and then ran the drive cycle. Hope this helps. Login to read more.
