The PWM voltage is cycling at about 500Hz. 500Hz is a high hum sound. The lower the motor speed the sharper the the stab of voltage of each cycle. I suspect that the noise is from the motor( probably normal) then being transferred thru the blower case/ducting.... Login to read more.
