Yes it is fly by wire. Its a one owner truck too. Nearly 350000 miles on it. I read somewhere about the possibility of wet wiring in some of the harness connectors (the pedal) could short the 5 volt reference to ground and not code. This was a report on Sierra... Login to read more.
