Hello everyone, and happy new year. We have this Honda Odyssey we've been fighting with for several weeks now. The problem is, when cruising at highway speeds, the van develops a severe vibration. The condition only happens when the vehicle is warmed up and has been driving for several minutes. We found that clearing the codes while it's acting up makes the problem stop temporarily, even though no codes are set. The probelm is very intermittent, so axle and tire vibration has been ruled out. So the question is, is there a way to disable VCM using software? I found a thread about putting a resistor or some such on the ECT sensor, but that seems like it would do more harm than good.
