Phillip, I just reviewed the video again. Sure he read the volts. Many jumpers produced 7-8 volts, or less, with acceptable amps. Is this good enough to start a vehicle with a really weak/flat battery? That is fine IF the battery is not really too weak. Louie Login to read more.
