I have the same engine in my dually. 70 to 75% of the time it's used to haul our 13 000lb (loaded) 5th wheel, and it is used a lot in the hills.

Manual says replace at 160 000km. I did the first set at 100 000km, then the second this past spring at 177 000km... Login to read more.
