Yes, it's highly likely the fuel pump is leaking. These rarely show smoke. The most effective way to check these for leaks that I've found is spray water (it helps to use tire leak check mixture if available) on the module while you have your smoke machine hooked up and applying pressure. Usually you can see the pump with a small inspection mirror. You should see bubbles from the leak area.
