Karl I would check the grounds on the t-stat housing. Possibly move them to an intake bolt. Seems it stalls when it goes into closed loop. My main concern is o2 bias voltage. If you unplug the o2 and use a meter you should see a little less that .40 volts. Don... Login to read more.
