Thanks for all the great ideas. I connected my chassis ear to the rear diff, carrier bearing, transfer case, and front diff. Noise is loudest from the transfer case. I inspected the drive shaft slip joint. Moves freely with no sign of binding. I also backed up... Login to read more.
