This 95 Dodge Ram 1500 5.9L 4X4 was passed down to me today with this problem, 5 volts on the 02 signal wire while checking with scan tool. When I connected my Fluke 88 to the signal wire, the voltage dropped from 5 volts to 4.2 volts, which I thought was odd.... Login to read more.
