Hope I'm not too late to catch a guru or two.

1993 Chev S10 4x4 4.3 L (w) (CPI-Vortec).

Have DTC 45 (rich O2) Scan Data is reading 1.04 to 1.28 mS Inj. pulse-width. My Fluke 97 is reading 2.36 mS
