Here's the best information I could find.

Check TSB #05-19-1

PCM pin # E43, Black/White wire, CMCVM, KOEO= 11.67 volts, Hot Idle= 13.0 volts, 30mph= 13.0 volts, 55mph= 13.0 volts.
