What doesn't make sense is, cmcv is a 12volt ckt, and cmcvm is a 5 volt ckt. I would think there must be a module inside the solenoid so when cmcv is not grounded the motor turns one way, and when its grounded by the PCM it turns the other way, but don't reall... Login to read more.
