Re: 1954 Buick Century V8 Dynaflow transmission question
Thinking back that far makes my head hurt. IIRC, the dynaflow did not have a torque converter, but just a fluid coupling, so grandma could outrun them from a standing start. I think I remember a slippery shift at about 30MPH, but I'm not sure about that. Shift... Login to read more. ![]()
