Here is a capture with a bad PCM affecting the [PIP and Spout signals] on a 1994 E-150 5.8L.

Here is a capture of a [good PIP and Spout] after a new PCM from a 1994 Ford E-150 5.8L. It should be the same as your 5.0L engine.
