Intermittent no crank, TIPM? Good source of TIPM?

Hi folks,

Have a 2009 Chrysler Town & Country equipped with a 4.0L engine. It is experiencing an intermittent no crank condition. It does not appear to be temperature specific, as it has acted up warm and also just starting up at the beginning of the day.
