Greg, the GM feedback carbs I worked on had a serperate idle circuit. (idle mixture screws) If it is flooding at idle I would look for a float problem (saturated with fuel, sitting too low in the bowl causing a flooding problem) How bad does it flood at idle? ... Login to read more.
