On my 06 OB, the K line is 0 at KOff, goes to batt volt at ign on and when running. Goes to 5V at key off for about 30 seconds, then to 3V for about a minute, then 0v. There is no pulsing at any time. With scan tool connected, KOn, line pulses to 0v and appear... Login to read more.
