Hi Mike. These linear EGRs have sticking pintles due to carbon build up. They are the same crap the rest of GM uses. Did you happen to notice if the pintle moved freely off the seat when you cleaned it? I usually sticks closed. If you clean it and reinstall it... Login to read more.
