I would have next hooked up a vac gauge, in 3 minutes under the hood , I will be able to prove there is mechanical problem, and with the data provided be 99% Shure which bank,

15 minute diag . buy a vac gauge, use it 10 times and u will be a expert with a vac gauge.

I do own scopes, hth
