So the THW wire which is a signal wire? Should have those voltages on it as you showed correct? I didn’t know voltages coming from the ECM to the ECT. I have 5 V coming to the EGR signal temperature sensor next to The ECT but not the ECT. Resistance checks goo... Login to read more.
