There IS timing chain rattle on cold startup that lasts 1-2 seconds, so this is at least a possibility. There are no crank/cam correlation codes BUT, I think I remember seeing a 3.6 degree difference. Certainly not one tooth's worth, but maybe it is enough to ... Login to read more.
