Sounds like a printing error ie:

.8 ohms should be .8 Kohms ie. 800 ohms

1.4 ohms should be 1.4 Kohms ie. 1400 ohms

The voltage specs. sound reasonable when measured with AC volts and depend on the speed of rotation.
