I think you are correct Tony. My lookup on the procedure shows the TOP blt at 16 lb-ft but the pivot bolt at 52 lb-ft. Also, it appears that GM sells the entire assembly only, and a pivot bolt is included and not to be reused. This shows up on one of the TSBs ... Login to read more.
