I see a problem with using an additive. ATF+4 uses a synthetic base stock, and even though the additive may modify the friction properties of the ATF+3, it can't convert the base to synthetic. BTW, Daimler-Chrysler has recommended switching to ATF+4 on applica... Login to read more.
