In OE on your scan tool, in adaptations, there should be a reset for the heaters. I'm not a Jeep tech, but last year I ran into this and finally found it. The shop I'm at was on the 3rd sensor and ready to call PCM. I used an Autel at that time, I think. Login to read more.
