This thing does have an air pump, right? If so, air is pumped into the exhaust manifolds at idle. Under normal conditions, this would peg your o2 sensor lean. The system is therefore programmed to ignore o2 at idle. Off idle, the diverter valve switches the ai... Login to read more. ![]()
