So first, I'm assuming that the SCR and DPF are deleted. That alone will cause a problem if you return the truck to stock programming. As far as the Edge programmer goes, my understanding is that the programmer has to read the stock program out of the truck in order to have a file to flash back to stock. Also, the Edge won't support deleted EGR or exhaust components. Probably your best option is to find a reputable custom tuner and have them rewrite the tune. If they know what the're doing they should be able to change the max boost that the computer will allow so it won't set overboost codes anymore. Also they should be able to disable the EGR code with the tune. HTH
