Re: GM 5.7 TBI 'K' engine exhaust manifold clamps?
I have used the method Dan described for years. Use a MIG
and slightly larger nut, then weld starting in the center
and work your way out to the inside of the nut. Often times
it will take a couple of tries but it will work.
