Sorry for my poor communication. If I test the O2 Hi/Lo wires directly with a multimeter I get proper readings.... the O2 sensor reads between 0.015v-0.020v key on engine off and switches for the first 30 seconds the engine is running testing with multimeter. ... Login to read more.
