Had a Hyundai that had a misfire cold with GDI motor. There was a TSB to replace the head due to carbon build up on the exhaust valves. I pulled the Exhaust manifold and found the port and valves coated in thick layer of carbon that was flaking off in chunks. ... Login to read more.
