Robert, with engine running I read 6 mv (.006 volts) from tan wire right out of PCM (APP2 low reference) to battery negative. With new dealer APP unit installed it reads differently than before. But PO2138 there. Scanner indicates it is cleared, but it is not.... Login to read more.
